Every once and awhile I get an e-mail asking if I would be able to build a product that I do not currently offer.
If there is something that you would like me to build that I do not offer in my store feel free to send me an e-mail with the details on what it is you would like me to build.
How does a special build work and what needs to be done?
When a person contacts me to build an item I first evaluate the feasibility of building what ever it is I have been asked to build. Should the decision be made to attempt the project it will be up to the customer to ship me all the needed parts in order to complete the build. I will not invest any of my own money into the build for components; I will however buy things such as putty, paint and other needed items for the construction of the airsoft gun.
Upon receipt of the parts an assessment will be made as to what amount needs to be charged for labor in order to build the airsoft gun wanted. The labor charge will be the only charge from MGW that the customer receives along with shipping and handling to sent the completed airsoft gun back to the buyer. I do have a minimum charge for labor on a Special Custom Project which is $300, this labor charge will change with the difficulty level of the project but will always be a starting minimum of $300.
